   The All Veterans Center, Inc., A Florida Not-For-Profit Corporation, with 501c3 status was formed in 2017 by a group of concerned veterans. We were al appalled by the treatment of veterans, the long wait times for Veteran Administration services, and the unrealistic veteran suicide rate. Couple this with care giver suicides and we felt it was an epidemic. The homeless rate of veterans, especially female veterans was shameful. It was sad that male veterans, sons; husbands; brothers were living on the streets. Now imagine your daughter; wife; mother of your children living on the streets of America, and the Veterans Administration admits that more female veterans are homeless than male counterparts. Too often when a female veteran took to the streets, they had children with them. Since we founded the All Veterans Center, Inc., we have had direct involvement in the prevention of 8 veteran and one spouse suicide, have assisted 41 people/families off the street into housing. In 2020 we opened our food program to the community and since then we have provided free food to thousands of veterans, family members, and local residents. We currently serve Polk, Hardee, Desoto, Highlands, and Hillsborough Counties of Central Florida. This allows us to assist over one million veterans and their family members with food, clothing, medical equipment, and more..
